1.  My watch is broken when I have received it. How about warranty?

     

Sorry, the warranty is not covered during delivery process. The warranty only given for the engine only. We will take necessary steps in order to ensure you will get the watch safely by wrapping it properly inside the box.

2. My watch is stop working. What should I do?

    

You may send back to us for repairing or replacing. Take note that the replacing will only done if it is proven that it is manufacturing defect and not by mishandling, drop or whatsoever. However, it is must be within warranty period (3 Months). You must borne all postage & handling fees.

3. Is it water resistant?

    

Although it is water resistant, we do not encourage you soak or put your watch in the water. However, there is no problem if hit by rain or water splash.

4. Do you have physical shop?

    

No, we only do on line trade. But don't worry, as we are registered with SSM for more than 5 years. Thus, buy with confident.

5. I do not have Internet Banking to transferred exact amount and Cash Deposit Machine does not support RM1.00 note, how about the balance?

We recommend to spray only 3-5 times a week.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FLOWER IS FULLY DRY BEFORE REPLACING ANY CAP OR COVER.

Q: How long can the flower last without watering?

The flower do not wither(die) if you don’t water it more than a month or two. This is because, the flower needs very little of water. It can survive with only midst in the air.

Q: Where can I get the flower seeds?

We are not selling any flower seeds. Flowers are arranged and sell in various vases.

Q: Will the flower grow longer or grow more?

No. They flower will not grow longer or grow more. This is because we have frozen them and trimmed them in to different heights to suit the size of the bottles.

Q: Do I need to place the flower under the sun?

No. This is an indoor plant. Keep in room temperature.

You can only put the flower under the sun for 5 minutes if you have just water it and when all the buds are wet.

** Note : Not to place more than 10 minutes or your flower will get burnt.

Q: Can I keep the flower in air-conditioner room?

Yes of course. It is very suitable to grow in a cool dry place.
